marion walmer (she/her), also known as mars marion, is a queer and trans visual artist based in denver, colorado.
her work explores identity, oppression, mental illness, and other personal topics through an abstract lens. utilizing a variety of media — watercolor, ink, pastel, paint, as well as digital photography and videography — marion builds unconventional and defamiliarized worlds within her largely autobiographical body of work.
